2. Cancellation Policy

Full Refund (after deducting bank transaction charges) will be applicable if booking is cancelled before 15days of the arrival date. 100 percent cancellation charges will be applicable if cancelled within 15 days of arrival date.

3. Hotel Policy

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.

The standard check-in time is 10:00 AM and the standard check-out time is 8:00 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by Hotel Mahasuara Palace.
